Q: How do I pay the deposit?
A: The deposit can be paid by cash, check or credit card.  Checks should be made payable to “Look Entertainment”.
Q: When is my final payment due?
A: The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.
Q: How do I pay my balance?
A: We offer online bill pay or you can send a check via mail to 3030 Sonora Mesa San Antonio, Tx 78232.
Q: Can people request songs during an event?
A: This is entirely up to you, as our customer.  We send out a questionnaire to all of our clients that goes over certain details of your event and song requests are part of this document.  You are able to say yes or no to song requests.
Q: How do I set-up a meeting?
A: Contact us via our Contact page or call us directly at 210-980-9396.
Q: How do I send my song requests to Look Entertainment?
A: All song requests are submitted through our DJ questionnaire.
Q: Do you have back-up equipment?
A: Absolutely. We have a back-up system as well as a back-up DJ.
Q: Where will Look Entertainment travel?
A: We travel within a 50 mile radius of San Antonio for no additional fee.  A travel fee of $75 is added for all events outside of our travel range.
Q: What kind of lights do you have?
A: We use wireless LED lights that require no electrical and do not overheat so are safe for events where children are present.
Q: How can I find out if you are available for my event?
A: Contact us by phone or email and we will check to see if we are available for your event date.
Q: When should I book my date?
A: It is recommended to book with us as soon as you know your event date. We have limited availability and we book up fast.
Q: How do I book Look Entertainment services?
A: A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
Q: What happens if the DJ that is booked for our event is unable to DJ because of something like a serious illness?
A: If this were to happen, then another DJ from our staff would handle the event. All of our DJs on staff are professionally trained to handle any type of event.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: No, the deposit is non-refundable.
Q: How can we see footage of Look Entertainment performing?
A: Contact us directly and we will send you a link.
Q: How early do you arrive at an event?
A: We arrive anywhere from 2-3 hours before our start time.
Q: Do you charge to set-up and break down?
A: No, set-up and breakdown is free.
Q: When will Look Entertainment contact me prior to the wedding to finalize details?
A: You will be contacted 1 month prior to the wedding by email with your DJ questionnaire. At that time, you are able to schedule a final meeting, if preferred.
